HVAC Installer
Comfort Heating is hiring a full-time HVAC Installer to join our team of skilled professionals serving the greater Portland metro area. If you take pride in quality work, appreciate being part of a respectful and supportive crew, and want to grow your career in the heating and cooling industry, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including Ruud and Daikin furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless mini-splits

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals

Connect equipment to fuel, water, and refrigerant sources and ensure proper testing and start-up

Collaborate with project managers and service technicians to complete jobs efficiently and on time

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow company safety standards and local building codes
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

EPA Universal Certification required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HVAC Service Technician
Comfort Heating is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our trusted team, serving homes and businesses throughout the greater Portland area. If you’re a skilled problem-solver with a commitment to quality and customer care, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to keep systems running efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and recommended solutions
- Provide accurate documentation of work performed and parts used
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, safety guidelines, and code compliance
- Represent Comfort Heating with professionalism, integrity, and respect
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- A customer-first attitude and great communication skills
